Join us for the Belle Lights Winter Market

The Winter Market, first held in December 2018, is a European-style, open air market held during HBI’s Bellefonte Victorian Christmas. Last year’s market had an estimated 1,500-2,000 attendees served by 12 makers, 4 food trucks and 4 craft beverage vendors.

This year we plan on going bigger!

This year’s event will be held on Lamb Street Bridge near the Gamble Mill on December 14, 2019 from 4 to 9 pm.

We are looking for skilled makers and artist to fill our waterfront. Downtown Bellefonte businesses are invited to set-up a booth at reduced rate. We will not accept applications from Multi-Level Marketing Companies. Please do not apply or send an email requesting a booth.

Booth Pricing:

Non-profits = $50 | Manufacturers and vendors = $50 | Food vendors = $75

Downtown Bellefonte businesses are invited to set-up a booth at reduced rate.


 

Vendor Registration

To register, participating vendors are asked to fill out the form below.

Important information:
Applications close on November 15 @ noon. Applicants will be notified on Friday, November 16.
Booth fee: Your non-refundable fee due by December 1, 2019. DBI businesses may participate at no charge.
If payment is not received by this date, the space will be forfeited and offered to waitlisted applicant.
We do not accept applications from Multi-Level Marketing Companies.

Vendor Space: 
Vendors space will be on the Lamb Street Bridge near the Bellefonte Waterfront. Set-up will begin at 11 am on event day. Parking will be available in the Gamble Mill lot.
Please be set up and ready to go by 2:30 pm.
10x10 display space:
Vendor is responsible for supplying tents/tables/chairs. Booths may have access to electricity on a first come, first serve basis. (There is no additional fee for this service).
