What vendors should apply?

We are in search of local, regional, and PA-statewide vendors, with a focus on makers and experiences. Please do not apply if you represent an MLM.

What is the cancellation policy?

The Expo is a rain-or-shine event unless there is an inclement weather situation (Hail, Heavy Rain, Flooding, Strong Wind, Lightning, Tornado Watch, Etc...) All exhibitor cancellations are subject to a $35 processing fee for each canceled registration. No refunds will be given after April 30th, 2023. Exhibitors may transfer booth space with permission from DBI.

Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available at multiple municipal lots. See map for parking locations. Vendor parking is recommended in the Match Factory near the Philatelic Center entrance. Vendors will be allowed to drop off tents and items at their space and move their vehicles to designated parking spaces. Volunteers will be available to assist.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a tent/table if that is needed. DBI will not be providing these. If you need electricity, please notify us before the event and we will do our best to place you near one of the few outlets in the park.

I need my vehicle at my tent. Is this allowed?

Only certain circumstances will allow vehicles at tents. The soft ground and rain at last year's event caused issues for the vehicles traveling over the grass and left quite a few ruts and some turf damage for the borough to clean up. So this year vehicles parking at or near the tents will be limited. Please contact Troy for more details.
