Vendor FAQ

What is the cost to vendors?

Pricing for exhibitors is as follows: Students and non-profits ($25), Manufacturers and vendors ($50), and Food vendors ($50).

The Expo is free to the public, but donations are accepted. Workshops may have an additional fee.

What vendors should apply?

We are in search of local, regional, and PA-statewide vendors, with a focus on makers and experiences. Please do not apply if you represent an MLM.

What is the cancellation policy?

The Expo is a rain or shine event. All exhibitor cancellations are subject to a $35 processing fee for each canceled registration. No refunds will be given after September 21th, 2021. Exhibitors may transfer booth space with permission from DBI.

Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available at multiple municipal lots. See map for parking locations. Vendor parking is recommended in the Match Factory near the Philatelic Center entrance.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a tent/table if that is needed. DBI will not be providing these. If you need electricity, please notify us before the event and we will do our best to place you near one of the few outlets in the park.

I need my vehicle at my tent. Is this allowed?
